Fresh Guacamole

This is a high fat recipe with low carbs. It has approximately 650 calories per serving if eaten with chips, and 5 grams of protein. Recipe feeds our family of 6 (2 adults, 4 hungry kids).

5 Ripe Avocados
3 Roma Tomatoes
1 Bundle Cilantro
1/2 Med Onion
2 Jalapenos - Seeded & Cored
1 tsp Salt

1/2 tsp finely ground pepper
2 Limes - Juiced

Simply dice all the ingredients up fine and enjoy. Can be served as a standalone dip or as a garnish on many other meals.

Can adjust for more or less of any ingredient to taste!
