Chicken Tacos

This chicken taco meat is so versatile! Not only is it amazing in tacos, but we also make burrito bowls with it, chicken nachos, or chicken burritos. You can easily customize it to make it spicier or with your favorite taco seasoning. This recipe makes 8 - 1/4 pound servings, each serving of meat is 35 grams of protein and about 190 calories.

2 Pounds Chicken Breast
1 Packet Taco Seasoning
1 Can Rotel or Salsa

Place chicken in crock pot, pour salsa or rotel over chicken breast, sprinkle taco seasoning on top. Cook on high for 4-6 hours or low for 8. Shred chicken with forks or with hand mixer.

Serve with your favorite taco seasonings. Ours are shredded cheese, salsa, sour cream, black beans, and avocado!
